* Preparation of periodic Net Asset Value calculations, including various reconciliations and fee calculations * Managing the day-to-day financial and administrative affairs of the company portfolios * Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP & LUX GAAP * Preparation of ad hoc client requirements * Liaison for portfolio entities with third party service providers including tax advisors, auditors and lawyers

* Coordinating total net asset value calculations with the client, brokers and other parties involved in the process * Working on FX contracts, Futures, Fixed Income, Equities, OTC * Preparing monthly reconciliations * Overseeing the correctness and integrity of market-related data provided by external vendors * Liaising with other internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepancies * Reviewing and verifying completed daily cash and positions reconciliations performed by Accountants in accordance with agreed timelines * Assist in training Fund Accountants, Assc 1 * Preparation and review of various client related correspondence including audit confirmations * Buddy for new hires

* Verification of corporate action events * Securities pricing * Preparation of monthly position and cash reconciliations * Investigation of unusual account activities and discrepancies

* Cooperation with internal and external teams to provide the high quality of the reporting to the client and auditors * Calculation of total net asset value of the fund * Assessment and monitoring of daily cash and positions reconciliations * Preparation of monthly reconciliations * Investigating paydowns, corporate action events and any non-standard activities or transactions related to a wide range of financial instruments on the hedge funds under administration; Investigating potential discrepancies * Providing training to new team members * Ensuring that high-quality services are provided to the client in compliance with internal procedures and statutory regulations * Buddy for new hires
