Within this role, I conducted thorough architecture reviews and offered expert guidance on best practices for AWS deployments. During critical large-scale events, I ensured the smooth operation of customer applications, advising on disaster recovery (DR) strategies and ensuring continuous availability.I played a crucial role in onboarding new customers to AWS, facilitating their seamless transition to the cloud and guiding them through their cloud journey. This encompassed conducting comprehensive customer case reviews, escalating customer issues to AWS for resolution, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to address their needs effectively.
