I created the first patterns for one of the women's lines

I billed accounts receivables and payable for Over The Road (OTR) using Strategy and also assisted with air freight billing using Cargowise.I complied and exported weekly vendor,carrier and customer billing and payment accounting reports to the corporate office.

I set up the Kansas City location sample department which included purchasing equipment,hiring personnel and integrating the department with the manufacturing plants.My responsibilities were to draft and grade patterns,the procurement of fabric and trim items needed to complete samples,ship finished samples to the appropriate company personnel and supervise employees.

I designed patterns,checked and signed off on finished tech packs and final graded patterns.Approving finished samples,participating in fit and finish sessions along with troubleshooting construction issues at plants were my other responsibilities.

Set up tech packs for Under Armour fan division youth girl styles in PDM. Fit sample garments. Take styles from concept to finished garment. Trouble shoot factory construction questions. Colorist for Under Armour fan division (inline,SMU, Sideline, Iconic, NFL,NBA styles ) Responsible for all fabric and trim color matches from lab dips to bulk production.

I am the liaison between the art department,garment design,sales and production for all three lines (Gear,Champion and Under Armour). I set up new garment styles in Oracle with color information,art sizes,process methods,locations and picture.Determining the art location size restrictions from measuring garments and using PDM tech pack for size grade information, assisting in setting up R&D tests,solving order validation issues and calibrating ink,thread and garment color palettes (for artists and design department) ,along with updating and creating art tools for internal and external use using Illustrator are some of my other responsibilities.I am the March 2013 employee of the month Show less
