Responsible for providing IT consulting and advisory services to Owens Corning (OC) businesses in the areas of business information architecture, information integration & sharing, business intelligence, data warehousing, master data management, user experience design and sales force automation. In my extended Enterprise Architect role, I created alignment with CIO for providing productivity tools for OC sales force and enabling commercial excellence. I developed partnership with sales leaders for prioritization, implementation, change management & governance of sales productivity initiatives. As co-leader of Employee Productivity COE, I deployed Sales Force Automation pilot using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in North America and developed a roadmap with phased roll out to rest of business segments and regions.In my Enterprise Architect role, I provided architecture oversight on planning key IT initiatives and mentored solution architects in BI, DW, MDM and Integration domains. I also worked with other enterprise architects to mature Enterprise Architecture capability at OC and developed tools to provide transparency to IT assets, associated risks and future investment in technology. I also participated in SAP ERP deployments to multiple OC business segments in North America.In my OC Business Intelligence (BI) team leader role, I managed a team of business analysts, data warehouse (DW) developers and operational support personnel. I redefined OC BI, DW and Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, developed strategic 3-5 year technology roadmaps and led the implementation of an enterprise business information platform using SAP BI/BW.In my integration architect role, I developed OC systems integration strategy and implemented it with OC partners and internal systems using WebMethods and SAP Process Integration middleware accounting for electronic transactions worth more than 1 Billion dollar revenue with OC customers such as Home Depot, Lowes and Menards,

Provided software life cycle management services for Aspen Marketplace solution - a B2B e-Commerce exchange that Aspen Technology acquired from e-Chemical Inc. Responsible for supervising application support, enhancements, optimization and on/off-boarding of business partners with support from offshore team in Pakistan. Participated in seamless transition of data center from Aspen Technologies to Business Integration ensuring customer business continuity. Worked on new business development opportunities as technical expert, developed and presented technology proposal to prospect clients.

Responsible for providing IT consultancy and software life-cycle management services to clients. Held roles of onsite technical development coordinator and account manager for e-Chemicals Inc. and Aspen Technology. Designed and developed functionality and system interfaces (using WebMethods middleware) for an e-Commerce marketplace for chemical industry called www.e-Chemicals.com launched by e-Chemicals Inc. This marketplace enabled supply-chain process automation by exchanging information electronically (e.g. purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, invoices) among partners and suppliers.

Responsible for delivering offshore software development services to international clients. Led team of software developers for developing a distributed ticket management software for communication giant MCI Communication that was bought by Verizon in 2006. Developed a distributed object persistence layer using Object-Oriented design principles in C++ as part of implementation of a distributed computing framework based on CORBA standards that MCI designed to facilitate the communication of MCI systems that were deployed on diverse technology platforms.

Provided business analysis, software development and support services to national clients. Participated in analysis and development of a public complaints management system for state police department, an inventory management system for a leading sports equipment manufacturer SAGA Sports and an electronic processing software pilot called “FastCash” – a unique concept in Pakistan at that time for enabling banks to facilitate its customers by providing 24 hour banking and financial services at high traffic locations such as gas stations, departmental stores, hotels, airports etc. Developed integration interfaces between Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and centralized back-end server using C/Unix socket programming for inter-process communication.

Maintained computer lab operations and activities and provided assistance to students and faculty member in computer lab technology and software applications. Monitored student activities while in computer lab for the purpose of maintaining a safe environment that is conducive to learning. Locate library materials for loan and replace material in shelving area, stacks, or files according to identification number and title. Register patrons to permit them to borrow books, periodicals, and other library materials.
