JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT K-ELECTRIC• Daily sales and recovery analysis of Residential, Commercial and Industrial consumers of the Region.• Daily reporting on paying ratio of residential, commercial and industrial consumers.• Daily losses (in terms of units billed) monitoring and reporting of Region.• Issue comparative performance report (actual performance against assigned targets of losses, recovery, paying ratio, theft, etc) to Regional GMs.• Reporting monthly variances against targets to determine areas needing improvements to GM.• Daily theft billing reports of residential, commercial and industrial consumers.• Scrutinizing and examining billing errors pertaining to consumers, review and processing of cases made by operational staff.• Assists in other Ad hoc requirements from the GM.
