Prepared company to relocate from two manufacturing facilities in Philadelphia, PA to one facility in southern New Jersey. Detected areas for process improvements and recommended changes. Recommended a sustainable 5S program. Identified applicable productivity improvement tools. Recommended a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program for manufacturing machines. Identified training needs and recommended a training program.

Executed Lean Manufacturing in all departments to ensure smooth relocation from previous manufacturing facility to new manufacturing facility. Completed 5S (workplace organization) in all departments in order to perform Kaizen (manufacturing improvement) on all product lines to redesign all departments for improved product flow. Performed industrial/manufacturing engineering functions for the Plastics Engineering Department including new equipment justification, productivity improvements, and eliminate non-value-added operations.

Developed, directed and facilitated in-house employee involvement programs for all production and manufacturing departments. Performed all team development and training. Developed 2 training programs within 2 months for manufacturing problem-solving and machine setup reduction teams, which were used to train employees in reducing overall manufacturing costs by approximately $40 million over a 9 year period. Conceived, designed, established and managed a video production facility to produce in-house informational and training video programs. Facilitated and guided an employee problem-solving team to winning Pfizer's annual International Quality Achievement Award. Consequently, this team reduced its departmental cost of quality 72%, which equated to cost savings of over $250,000 in its awarded year.
