I assist my project manager with transportation management. This includes collaborating with the transportation companies as well as meeting groups from our client's company traveling into Las Vegas and escorting them to their proper transportation in addition to any other event they may have. I receive the manifest from our project manager and work with other team members to make sure the group's transition from the airport or hotel to their next location is efficient and smooth. I also monitor set up and strike of furniture and decor for group banquet events.

I assist event coordinators with planning and execution of casino marketing and employee events. This includes distributing event tickets and gift cards for VIP casino events, distributing memos and requests, creating spreadsheets, production schedules, vouchers, certificates, and written documents for casino marketing and employee recognition events. I have also been assigned Lead Representative for our November $1 Million Dollar Poker Invitational and MGM Grand’s 2014 New Years Eve Gala with Fleetwood Mac. Our Department recently won an International Special Events Gala Award for "Best Event Entertainment Concept and Execution above $100,000" for our 2013 New Year's Eve event "Fame".
