To fully take charge of accounts payable and general ledger processes. To monitor issuance of payments. Liaise with auditors and tax agents as and when required. To prepare monthly provisions and journals Assist Finance Manager in any other matters in relation to accounting including dailyaccounting administrative matter, finalization of accounts and statutory compliance andetc. Able to undertake any ad-hoc task and other duties as assigned by superior from time totime.

- Perform daily account operation. Responsible for handlingaccount payable and function including invoice.- Prepare payment such as cheque, bank draft and onlinebanking, manage petty cash and preparation of bankingdocuments for signatures and timely submission.- Payment local supplier, expenses, utility and Telegraphictransfer (Oversea) by cheque, bank draft or onlinebanking.- Liaise with banker and client regarding payment andinvoicing matters.- Monitoring received payment from client in order to makepayment.- Preparing and reviewing reconciliation outstandingstatement.

- Perform daily accounting operation activities and funtionsuch as data entry, issue cheque, etc.- Handle account receivable and account payble.- To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documentare traceable in an efficient manner.- Assist in other duties as assigned by superior.- Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoicesand credit and debit memos
