Responsibilities:-Prepare the Air Order for the demand of of our respected customer -Prepare the new Sea Orders and the remittance of the Order.-Prepare the daily Local purchase order-Prepare the purchase order for our Branches -Communicate to our Respected customer and inform the parts-Communicate to JMIE China any Spare Parts related Matters.-Posting and receiving shipment International or Local purchase Spare Parts.-Follow up existing Orders .-Received Order and arrange shipment from outside Jeddah Customers.-Keep records to moving items with low stock quantity for re-order list.-File all records of cannibalized request form and prepair Air Order in replacement to the cannibalized item.-Input all newly intrduced items in the master file with cost,retail price and model.Prepare Monthly Report and send to the Executive Manager every end of the Month.-Gives instructions to warehouse Man for his daily routine of job.-Control the flow of Spare Parts requisition from workshop and Cash countrer customers.SpecialtiesA multi-skilled talented educated pakistan with rich operational background and hands on experience that driven by quality and details oriented personality seeking a challenging position that secure a well defined career path in a multi-national corporate within Jeddah.
