• Approving Account Opening and Account Maintenance transactions from corporate clients both Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic.• Authorizing signature capture transactions as per customer requests and reviewing critical constitutional documents such as (MOA/AOA/POA, Etc.) with due diligence to ensure adherence to banking policies and requirements.• Managing and assigning tasks strategically for team members ensuring daily targets are achieved.• Involving in GAP analysis and periodic/trigger (CDD and KYC) review.• Approving periodic review transactions such as Customer Due Diligence, Related Parties, and other required customer information in the system.• Constantly re-visiting key areas in the processes, documentation, and communications where improvements can be made to ease the processing and deliver seamless banking experience to customers.• Actively participating in wide-range business software testing for all users across the bank. Carefully identifying system errors, consolidating error data, and communicating it to IT personnel for further improvement.• Confer proactively with Stakeholders, Relationship Managers regarding process related concerns to find timely solutions to solve the issues.• Keeping bank records (Excel MIS reports) updated and providing feedback for improvement.• Frequently performing Ad-hoc assigned by line Manager.• Responsible for verifying critical customer requests and transactions such as account restrictions, audit and balance confirmation, Bank reference letter, etc.• Managing emails proactively to manage internal and external customers' expectation.
