- Continuously training employees on applying the HACCP and Food Safety system.- Identify critical points and create a periodic monitoring plan for them.- Implementing the HACCP system and reviewing the HACCP plan periodically.- Inspecting production lines periodically.- Receiving and inspecting raw materials.- Make the necessary quality formats and review them.- Perform facility temperature monitoring, recording and corrective action, if requir.- Inspection on hotels after delivering the finished product.- Make sure the food preparation area is clean before and after starting work.- Review municipal regulations and ensure proper compliance with them.- Preparing a detailed weekly report on cases of conformity and non-conformity and writing down corrective procedures.
