Negotiated with vendors on new benefits as well as implemented the new processes once the benefit has been added. Monthly reporting for vendors and completed monthly billing. Reviewed and approved all Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions for all benefits.

Key player in developing the Benefits and Time & Attendance module in the SAP system. Responsible for administering all benefits for the company utilizing the SAP system. Negotiated with vendors on new benefits as well as implemented the new processes once the benefit has been added. Researched variety of benefits and benchmarked with other manufacturing companies. Developed and conducted Benefits and Payroll orientation. Administered 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, short term and long term disability, FMLA, LOA as well as any other missed time. Worked with Team Relations, Legal, Safety, Security, Training, and Employment on a daily basis to ensure compliance with policies as well as federal and state law. Monthly reporting for vendors and completed monthly billing. Worked with the Diversity Department on a variety of company and community projects. Recruited and trained other members of Benefits and Safety on all aspects of leaves, assisted with SAP training, as well as process for tracking FMLA.
