I get the opportunity to lead the charge with our cloud based operating systems. We've grown our communications structure over the last three (3) years that is now the one central platform that takes sales concept through estimating, contracting, production, installation and through customer acceptance. We can track and forecast all project materials with ease. The mobile environment allows for our exponential growing business to stay on the go and still feel connected. Also my responsibilities include but are not limited to daily operational problem solving, and training with our ever growing operations staff. We have now integrated with another large synthetic turf company and integrating our systems and products is a daily opportunity to accomplish. While in this role as Assistant Operations Manager, my duties included procurement of raw materials, delivery of materials, and soliciting and contracting every installation. This time we helped the company grow 140% in over a year. That initial growth was a stretch, but a great opportunity to develop better products and services for our market place.

My job responsibilities with AstroTurf are a wide range from product development to managing overall field installation schedules. AstroTurf is a unique blend where manufacturing textiles meets outside construction. Introducing two (2) different elements creates a huge opportunity to learn and develop new systems of improvement.
