√ Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of merchandise.√ Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential sources of overstock, surplus, and clearance merchandise.√ Sourcing Merchandise: Actively seeking out opportunities to purchase merchandise at discounted prices.√ Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on potential merchandise to ensure its quality, authenticity, and marketability.√ Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable deals.√ Inventory Management: Collaborating with other teams within Ozeol to manage inventory levels and ensure a diverse and attractive product assortment.√ Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of supplier interactions, purchase agreements, and inventory data. Providing regular reports on sourcing activities, including key metrics such as cost savings and inventory turnover.√ Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to sourcing and procurement.

√ Conduct audits using and following H&M QS guideline & checklist.√ Prepare an agreed and clear report with Form.com after auditing, and send and explain it to the Supplier and those concerned within the Production teams.√ Closely work with H&M (Technician, QC & QS Responsible).√ Apart from that my responsibilities are as below:√ Analyze the overall supplier development and area of improvement and initiateactions together with the Quality Manager.√ Assure QC of company are well trained and qualified enough to conduct internal inspection as per buyer & requirement.√ Provide prompt decision and guideline to the concern quality persons.√ Check all test report for every stages of inspection CS & PS along with Random test criteria.√ Prepare master File &Final inspection file.√ Work proactively with factories to secure H&M quality standards.√ Follow and update Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) in production process /Quality/Inspection.√ To correspond with concern QS-H&M and fulfill the requirements as documented by floor/section.√ Implement & monitor company quality & safety procedures in factory to raise standards.√ Monitor all production process from cutting to packing as per H&M Standard.√ Conduct buyer’s Technical evaluation & Corrective Action Process (CAP) implementation. √ Ensuring tests procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
