I owned the engineering roadmaps, and led multiple engineering teams (40+ managers and engineers) to deliver critical features and new products to drive AWS enterprise adoption.

Successfully reduced the product release cycles from every 6 months to bi-weekly. * Collaborate with partner groups to drive and define product and engineering stories.

Designed and implemented several key features in Windows Presentation Framework and Windows Shell for the Windows Vista release. Designed and implemented browser based deployment infrastructure for .NET 3.5 release.

Researched on methodologies of object-based software configuration management. Implemented prototypes based on the new methodologies.

Amazon Cloud Drive is a cross-platform personal cloud storage service for photos, videos and documents. I led a cross-functional engineering team to build new features and deliver strategic customer acquisition campaigns such as the Unlimited Storage, Amazon Printing, etc.

Amazon SageMaker is a fully managed infrastructure to help customers seamlessly build, train, and deploy Machine Learning models to production. I lead multiple engineering teams (35+ mangers and engineers) that form the backbone of SageMaker infrastructure.
