Conducted due diligence on the acquisition of $180 million of Senior Living facilities. Acquisitions included Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Congregate Care facilities located across the United States. These acquisitions were portfolios as well as one-off transactions. Per transaction costs reduced by approximately 20% for due diligence third party service providers.

Headed up Lillibridge's entry in providing Advisory Services for the owners and investors in Healthcare Realty. I was responsible for designing and delivering consulting engagements on healthcare realty. Position eliminated due to a lack of sales for the services.

Supported the company's mortgage purchase and securitization programs. Responsible for the assessment and on-going monitoring of loans purchased from partner financial institutions. Monitoring efforts included identifying material changes to lending patterns and tracking loan quality. Provided ad hoc support to management in their assessment of partner financial institutions' continuing participation in the loan purchase program.

Specific duties included: Due Diligence: Negotiated contracts, underwrote, and closed over 30 acquisitions totaling $420 million; prepared Investment Memos for presentation to the Board of Trustees.
