Supervising the work of more than 100 team members consisting of clients, contractors, Accenture and Vendor resources.Acting as solution architect to provide invaluable design input across my stream to eliminate possible design gaps.

Managing a group of 35 team members, including functional design team, the business process team (reference data) and the test team.Hands on management of all Amdocs Ensemble CC&B applications from network through mediation, CSM, MAF, Rating, Bill Preparation and FBF.Designing innovative solutions and deploying major software improvements in a complex environment of 12 Business Units (Islands) sharing the same software and reference tables.

Managing several Projects to improve the Billing system, Introducing the concept, designing the Billing module architecture, writing the requirements, hardware sizing and capacity planning. These projects were highly prioritized by Vodafone senior management as revenue increase was estimated at several million Euros per bill cycle.The process improvements and architectural changes, which were designed and implemented, are unique among any Amdocs projects worldwide. The project brought about a significant improvement in invoice quality and was the object of many accolades.

Leading a team of 15 developers to provide full maintenance of customer care and billing applications, covering all steps from customer initialization (Vantive, BSCS) through MAF, Rating, Price Plan, and Billing to bill production
