Characterized catalysts using XRD, SAXS, chemisorption, physisorption, XPS, high pressure synchrotron XPS, TEM, SEM, FTIR, and UV-Vis. Set up and ran catalytic measurements on plug flow reactors and an UHV system with detection by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Supervised projects for an undergraduate research assistant and a graduate student.
