Company was focused on developing tools in support of the full range of operational needs of independent restaurants. • Developed multiple web systems and handheld based applications, including: o Multi-vendor ordering engine which included product mapping & auto substitution capabilities. o Hiring & labor management portal. o Symbol/Palm based back office ordering system with barcode support. o Palm based front of house order taking system w/ wireless kitchen communications. • Lead user experience team for usability analysis and interface design.

Developed commercial technologies for an internet startup which focused on building and serving as an ASP for web community portals and rapid build commercial micro sites.
