Manage all areas of the construction project and the project team. Chair site meetings and advise board members of construction progress. Assisted Estimator in pricing various TD Canada Trust and CIBC bank projects out to tender. Assisted the Director of Construction with the site management of interior construction projects. Coordination and sequencing of sub-trades and owner contractors

Responsible for many areas of project management coordination as well as supporting Senior Management in educating project participants in implementing and using EllisDon’s project management system. Fully dedicated to any project assigned on. Once on a project, collaboration is established directly with the client, the design team, the consultant team, the trade contractors and other members of the project team on a daily basis. Ensure all aspects of the project team delivery are meeting project expectations. Implement project management activities through the EllisDon pre-construction program, including the coordination of estimates, the preparation of trade packages, the pre-qualification of sub-trades and assistance with an orderly tendering program for all aspects of the project. In order for successful project delivery, the appropriate administration of all contracts, budgeting, scheduling, cost issues and billings are implemented.
