* Assisted the Industrial Engineering transportation team in studies to evaluate and improve transportation services * Calculated arrival rates, demand, and wait times using data collection technology on various transportation services (Bus, Monorail, Ferry, Trams) * Observed and recorded utilization of bus routes while taking note of problems and best practices to improve the study

* Assisted the Industrial Engineering food and beverage team to evaluate the effectiveness of a proposed method to redistribute peak dinning demand * Coordinated teams of data collectors. Duties included; training, scheduling, and frequent supervision of collectors * Participated in daily IE team review to discus the progress of the study, possible improvements or changes, and evaluate any situations that may have resulted in unusable data

* Utilized lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste and to maintain efficient levels of manning. Accumulated over $900,000 in annual labor cost savings for the plant within my first calendar year Led and participated in major kaizen projects targeting manpower reductions, quality losses, and throughput improvements. Was selected to present a 7 Steps Problem Solving Quality Control project for a World Class Manufacturing expansion audit to FCA auditors from NAFTA and EMEA. As the Focused Improvement lead for the Industrial Engineering group and acting center lead for Wrangler Paint, was responsible for coaching proper implementation of structured problem solving, and approval of all kaizen projects. Ensured improvement projects benefit/cost analysis was performed and assigned to the appropriate loss.
