-Developed cell based assays to determine the effect of in-vitro stress hormones on chromatin organization, utilizing epigenetic marks and intracellular cytokine production, and NK cytotoxicity as readouts, in human cell lines and primary NK cells derived from PBMC. (Utilizing Western Blots, Amnis ImageStream, Flow Cytometry, and ELISA)-Aided in setting up clinical trial to determine if stress levels altered immune function of NK cells in women diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ and cancer free controls. (Biomarker Study) Coordinated schedules of clinical nursing and lab staff for processing of human blood samples Trained staff in processing blood, and running Amnis Image stream experiments to analyze pro- inflammatory cytokine production and circulating glucocorticoids.Participated in multiple on-going clinical studies in the lab analyzing immune cell phenotypes in PBMC derived from human PBMC (Multicolor Flow Cytometry/ LSR Fortessa, Elisa, Cytotoxicity Assays)
