Returned from a consulting role in April 2002 to design an automated scheduling prototype for interfacing to the current Advantage Mobile Dispatching process. Subsequently was offered a position as Project Director in the development organization. Responsible for all on-site customer education, marketing presentations and system implementations for the various software products. Developed all associated education, user documentation and marketing presentations for the various software systems.
