Global HR Business Partner for Marketing, Strategic (Large) Deals, Private Equity & Business & Technology Services Sales teams.

* Managing, planning, developing and executing multiple digital and print branding projects * Leading the modeling, planning and execution of all branding financial processes * Overseeing sourcing, production, development and distribution of cost-effective branded apparel and accessories * Identifying and managing project issues and setting project quality and performance standards * Managing partner and vendor relationship to ensure successful project delivery and execution * Inventory shipping and tracking, managing cost, logistics, import and deliveries of the goods to the event city from various countries

* Managing employee relations and investigation activities * Improving new hire integration, implementing onboarding for all employee levels, working with marketing team on improving advertising of external and internal Genpact career sites to help minimize attrition for the first 6 months to 1 year of employee date of join * Supporting 500+ employees and serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems
