Projects included: expansion in 7 countries, BambooHR HRIS implementation, HR due diligence lead for Cisco acquisition, new offices in London & Sydney, and post acquisition transition through Cisco Startup Experience project. Led Facilities Team (facilities build outs and office operations) post Cisco acquisition. Projects included 110k sq ft build out in San Francisco and new London office. Altman Vilandrie & Co. (now Altman Solon) is a boutique management consulting group that focuses exclusively on the Telecom, Media, and Technology industries. ---Joined as the 1st HR hire reporting to the COO and lead recruiting & HR initiatives to support growth from 30 to 80 employees. Projects included: creation of employee 360 performance reviews, on-campus recruiting/branding efforts for 9 campuses, and set-up of the first intranet/handbook.
