Built strong class culture where I focused on building a rapport with students and I also helped them get to know each other in a virtual environment. Students felt comfortable reaching out to me with questions. Developed weekly class videos using examples from my work experience and best in class industry examples. Engaged students in weekly class discussions online to foster critical thinking. Evaluated and graded weekly essay assignments, to assess students understanding of the material and to ensure that they appropriately used APA formatting guidelines. Developed a Situation Assessment for Velveeta Slices from 2005-2009. Analyzed quantitative and qualitative data to assess the role of Velveeta Slices within the Kraft Process Slice portfolio. Developed a recommendation on how to leverage Velveeta Slices to support the Kraft Process Slice portfolio that will be implemented by the Brand. Led Kraft Singles Single Saver Back-to-School Shipper commercialization working with agency partners and cross-functionals in Sales, Consumer Promotions and Legal. Ensured single savers were on time for first shipment. Analyzed consumption data for Kraft Singles, Kraft 2%, Kraft Select, Kraft Fat Free, Velveeta Slices & Meltdowns, and reported July and August consumption results to the team. Analyzed best in class consumer relationship marketing examples to better understand how to build relationships with Kraft Singles consumers. Managed US Hispanic communications planning for the Procter & Gamble Hair Care brands of Pantene, Head & Shoulders and Herbal Essences. Gathered unique consumer insights from US Hispanic consumer research to create communication plans that reach consumers when and where they are most receptive to the brand's message. Earned Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide (MAAW) GLOBE 2008 Award for "Best Activity Generating Brand Loyalty" for the Herbal Essences RBD campaign. Resulted in a 120 IYA in US Hispanic sales for Herbal Essences in March 2008. Trained more than 40 employees in the Procter & Gamble Multicultural Business Development Organization, including associate brand managers and marketing directors, on the key digital trends of US Hispanic women aged 18 to 49. Identified the most influential contacts to reach US Hispanic consumers and developed recommendations to fortify each brand's communication plan. Show less

Trained 60 co-workers in the SMG-Multicultural Chicago, New York and Miami offices in the use of digital media and how to use this new media strategically and tactically in order to reach US Hispanic consumers. Provided expertise and advice on all digital media matters amongst the various SMG-Multicultural offices in Chicago, New York and Miami and assisted other traditional media divisions in creating original business pitches that included innovative digital media components. Generated 66% growth in digital media revenue in one year with 4 new clients. Created successful digital media campaigns targeting US Hispanic consumers for Comidakraft.com, Walgreens, Hennessy and Philip Morris USA Youth Smoking Prevention and Cessation Programs.
