I was a drug test collector, via urine drug samples. I collected for Pre-Employment, Randoms, Post-Accident, in the office and out in the field. I filled out Chain of Custody forms and sent the samples to the lab.

Executed key function responsibilities of visitor-check in via the on-line Raptor System (promoting school safety and awareness), building rapport with parents coming in and guiding students with answering their questions. Another key responsibility was as Web Administrator, keeping the website maintained, updated, and adding content. Additional duties were answering phones, taking messages, assembling training documentation and prep work prior to training events.● Saw a gap in the school website, completely reworked it and make it more user friendly. Added features to ease navigation and user friendly for both students and parents. Added features and topics that promoted the school for new students. Well received by both staff, parents and students, huge success.● Created documentation for existing processes previously not documented, revised and streamlined some existing processes and created some new processes. Managed the e-commerce site for the company. Utilizing Shopify to Import web orders via Webgility into QuickBooks. Responsible for Accounts Receivables, captured web order payments in Shopify and entered it into the customer’s account in QuickBooks. Additional tasks include Inside Sales and Support, Data reports/analysis, customer service, inventory/asset assistant, and answering phones.● Streamlined backorder system to where the customer is notified same day if an item is out of stock and is notified via company website when item is back in stock. Increased customer satisfaction.● Streamlined the pick path in QuickBooks in numerical sku number order to the beginning of our bin sku number, to expedite the whole picking process. Orders were completed in a timely fashion which also allowed more orders to be fulfilled.● Created Excel spreadsheets to notify customers if there are any price discrepancies.
