* Timely execution and understanding of production schedule * Fulfillment * Daily output by machine computer * Maintain a log on daily production on each machine including personnel,production problems and daily output * Provide production manager daily on all jobs in process including status of each job compared with goal, identifications of potential problems with recommended solution, enforce quality control procedures, meet all mail dates * Maintenance on machines and work around solutions * Coordinate preventative maintenance programs with head mechanic * Identify candidates for cross training and advancement * Coordinate weekly/daily production plans with warehouse supervisor toinsure proper flow materials * Keep production areas clean * Maintain productivity at levels established in conjunction with productionmanager. * Other duties as assigned to meet department and facilitate goals. * Trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure smooth adoption of new program.
