Serve as Crew Systems Subject Matter Expert for the Operations Support Officer (OSO) Flight Control team during real-time and simulation events requiring expertise in the ISS Waste & Hygiene Compartment (WHC), Crew Quarters (CQ), Galley/Potable Water Dispenser (PWD) and Housekeeping. Certified Crew and Flight Controller instructor for WHC and CQ courses. Develop and maintain training curriculum requirements and ensure training plans reflect current operations environment. Generate operations products for on-orbit Crew Systems maintenance and logistics activities (crew procedures, console reference documentation, timeline inputs).

Direct the implementation of invasive cardiology medical instrumentation projects with an emphasis on driving growth and reducing project life cycle. Provide accurate forecasts of project portfolio, ensure install quality and drive customer satisfaction.

Drove science implementation of human research protocols utilizing the Human Research Facility on the International Space Station (ISS). Managed the scientific requirements, data collection and hardware support for 6 human research studies for the International Space Station as part of the NASA Bioastronautics contract. Led feasibility assessments and Test Readiness Reviews of hardware and experiment designs as well as secured Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval for Human Research Protocols. Instructed astronaut crew members on biomedical instrumentation and sample collection and supported on-orbit data/sample collection from Mission Control's Telescience center. Authored user-friendly procedures and communicated with a range of Principle Investigators, engineers and management staff in execution of experiment protocols.
