I move seamlessly from full-stack web development, to mobile, to deployment/scaling. I take ownership of how features are implemented from user experience to backend, involving web app, mobile app, APIs and backend infrastructure of CloudAcademy.

* Responsibilities: * Train and develop team members’ skills and check-in on the quality and overall progress of the teams work. * Help team members to develop, build and master competence knowledge by sharing best practices, suggesting and organizing trainings. * Responsible for coaching and ongoing feedback to support team members’ development to increase performance. * Provide continuous support and encouragement to ensure that competence reports reaches their development goals. * Keep myself up-to-date with the technology available to me to ensure the best experience supporting my reports remotely.

* Responsibilities: * Contribute to the evolution of Pirelli Digital proposition in the growing transformation of automotive Digital ecosystem. * Develop responsive web, server side modules and API integration delivering the power of Pirelli technology and services (including complex predictive models) to customers. * Identify and implement the best architectural solutions delivering the best user experience and business value. * Work cross-functionally on the full “stack” of technology in order to assure a coherent and cohesive development of all the modules and architectural elements from back end to front end. * Identify the client- and server-side roles of a solution and highlight the pros and cons of possible implementation.

* Responsibilities: * Participate in roadmap and project planning efforts and have ownership for delivering it. * Provide technical leadership across several functional areas in the team: front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines. * Help the team define coding practices and standards. * Review team code and provide constructive feedback. * Coach and mentor less experienced developers or IT consultants to meet the Pirelli digital team expectations. * Work with the team to help build scalable solutions to deliver the best customer experience. * Understand Pirelli's strategy and help to translate it into technical terms.
