Execute daily loan processing with a marked sense of urgency. Manage large pipeline of loans from 40-60. Prioritized files, followed workflow sheets and checklists to ensure accurate and complete processing. Provide support to the underwriting team by ensuring the timely, judicious and accurate processing. Thoroughly gather borrower information, review and verify borrower's income, credit report, employment history and order appraisals. Check to ensure stacked file is complete before underwriting submittal. Work with team members to ensure efficient work flow and perform other duties as assigned by management. Review Underwriting conditions, order verification of employment etc. to submit for final approval. Prepare initial disclosures packages and submit to borrowers for signature. Ensure timely delivery and compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Provide existing and prospective clients with personal financial consulting, lending services and advice. Cross-selling products through referrals and manage customer portfolio services and relationships with the bank. Process customer transactions, maintain and balance cash drawer along with foreign currency in a fast paced environment.

Provide personal interface and communication link between the guest and the spa staff. Managing all operations with customers over the phone and in person such as booking appointments, managing customer invoices and up sell services, packages, and specials.

Provide excellent customer service and handle large volumes of phone calls to assist customers with their car loans as well as maintain customer’s accounts and process all requests via email with other departments. Process all customer applications for customers who are refinancing their vehicle with Wells Fargo
