Determine operational use of data and SPSS statistical method for identifying public health problems.

Conduct statistical analyses, create meaningful data reports, and manage external submissions of data to agencies such as Medicare and The Joint Commission. Create reports to collect, monitor, and assess national quality metrics and operational performance measures within Marlborough Hospital in order to manage hospital performance improvement, patient safety initiatives, and peer review activities. Serve as lead program coordinator in ensuring that direct service medical providers funded through the Ryan White Program adhere to established clinical practice and HRSA’s federal guidelines. Utilize available demographic, clinical and healthcare utilization information to monitor the spectrum of HIV related illnesses and trends in the local Boston EMA. Manage contracts of agencies funded by the Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS grant in the EMA of Boston and New Hampshire evaluating programs' client service utilization and review program compliance via monthly, quarterly and annual reporting methods. Collaborate with Fiscal Department to ensure accountability and proper allocation of over $14,000,000 in funding, and to process budget proposals and revisions.

Manage quantitative data collection and analysis for a US Department of Education funded study on social norms related to campus alcohol use and identify community needs prior to public health program planning. Conduct program evaluation and outcomes research for health programs utilizing various media resources including literature reviews, policy analysis and online databases. Lead focus groups on perceptions of campus drug and alcohol use with local college students. Establish partnerships with area apartment complexes in order to build campaign support and establish a network for off-campus project activities.
