P&G Ventures Electromechanical Devices EngineerI develop new products and work with a small team to test lean innovation leap-of-faith-assumptions that can lead to new revenue channels for the company. I lead product requirement development, engineering execution, and startup support. I input to business execution model decisions.

I was responsible for Mechanical and Electrical development of processes and equipment for new products. I also provided support for new problems in our existing manufacturing systems. I owned developing laser code dating solutions for direct product marking corporately. I created mechanical solid models, concepts, project plans and led their execution. I personally designed, constructed, and operated test stands for testing processes in collaboration with our contract machinists and other resources. I integrated open source Linux based control software within an Allen Bradley/Rockwelll ecosystem to economically create new control capabilities without custom code development.

I set the strategy for the controls scope of major projects. I managed the deliverables, staffing, vendors, schedules, code compliance, and budgets to deliver the business. I specified the hardware and software architectures implemented and supported them after the installation.
