As a District Sales Supervisor for the Hershey Company, I am responsible for managing the North Florida and South Georgia Areas Net Sales, Sales Activity Margin, Area Budget Spend and Net Share across the C-Store, Drug and Food Classes of trade. My largest responsibility is to manage and lead my team of 13 tenured territory sales professionals, to continue driving HERSHEY'S footprint across 3,000+ customers. Also charged with campus recruiting, training new hires and managing wholesaler relationships by both selling and managing the accounts. My territory is responsible for over $10 Million in C-Store sales and $4 Million in Food Account sales. My job is to continue coaching and teaching the reps how they can better gain incremental and pivotal placements to strengthen the Confection and Snacking footprints in every class of trade. I have a passion for teaching others, while continually learning and growing as a manager, in order to be a better leader for my team and my organization.
