Obtained new leads via internet research, personal marketing strategies, and cold calling. Ran weekly sales meetings with account executives. Ran over the web as well as face to face sales presentations and software demos to general managers and company owners. Made on-site client trips for the support of client software.

Member of the North America PLM team responsible for the account management and contract renewal of current customers under software maintenance that are utilizing Autodesk engineering and design software solutions (operating at a 95% renewal rate for a total of $7 million revenue for FY2014). Responsibilities include account management and customer support for licenses under contract/subscription, selling accounts on Desktop Subscription, tracking quarterly software renewal numbers and working forecasts, generating and presenting customer quotes, processing customer orders, and providing accounts with additional licenses as well as technical support.
