The team was great but needed structure, guidance and a purpose. Together we achieved the transformation of this business unit by looking at what the team was doing and making small changes to certain practices that enabled the team to be more productive and concentrate their efforts on critical tasks as a priority.• I took control of 4 underperforming branches and turned them around to positive EBITDA and all audit pass from audit fail. One branch received an audit fail of 52% (pass mark 85%) within 8weeks it was re scored and achieved 100%. This was achieved by setting objectives and constant communication with the team around what I was doing and why in order to gain trust and 'buy in' to achieve the desired results. Show less
