Have been fully responsible for the day to day operations of the AIP Silesia incubators and ensured that startups had access to the support they needed to turn their business ideas into reality. Also provided day to day delivery of the AIP Poznań facility, organized regular seminars, and effectively monitored and recorded the progress of startups and the overall performance the AIP Silesia activities.
