Daily Responsibilities: * Accurately apply cash received daily to customer accounts and perform research as needed. * Respond to customer inquiries. * Update client contact, billing and payment information in Content Management System and Accounting Software. * Post Accounts Receivables for daily transactions, reconcile to sales management system and deposit daily cash received according to batch deposits. * Run and Analyze AR Aging Report. * Maintain contact with aging accounts and collaborate with Staff Accountant to maintain collection goals and general AR performance levels. * Maintain accurate and concise documentation of customer contact and collection attempts. * Resolve customer billing discrepancies. * Monitor established payment arrangements agreed upon with Customer. * Investigate and resolve misapplied cash transactions. * Confirm new customer agreements correspond with company billing policies. * Process monthly customer billings and update account status accordingly. * Maintain a filing system for all financial documents. * Assist in other duties as needed and directed
