Workforce Planning for CTO (former IT Infrastructure Delivery), was working as interim Head of Workforce Management and Transformation Oct 2022-Mar 2023.- Implementing Workforce strategy across CTO- Responding to change and working against aggressive deadlines based on senior leadership guidelines and requirements- Responsible for delivery of People Transformation benefits- Designing strategic Management Information packs to drive decision-making- Vendor engagement - as interim- Global team management (8 team members in Poland, two team leads in other locations) - as interim- Responsible for and driving Workforce Transformation benefit delivery.- Actively involved in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.- Responsible for designing Management Information to drive decision-making. - Team lead of 10 people in Poland and helping them develop fit-for-future skillset and advising on career steps.

Business Analyst in Infrastructure Delivery Enterprise Services Workforce Management teamKey responsibilities:- Validation and administration of headcount requests- Producing and developing reports on headcount and Clarity- Ensuring adherence to company strategy and planning objectives- Analyizing trends in headcount space to advise Business Managers- Proactively seeking improvements, providing stakeholders with high-quality support- Production of ad hoc analyses and presentation decks

- Financial analysis for Service Billing Reviews- Analysis of cost drivers and cost elasticity- Reconcliation of datasets- Providing transparency of cost to the provider and consumer- Using multiple sources for data analysis and presentation (Tableau, Simulate tool, SAP-based tools)- Cooperating closely with Business Managers and project members to validate the outcome of analysis
