* Enhancing the customer experience * Health and safety management for both staff and patrons * Recruiting and supervising staff * ongoing training sessions * Running of the operation and ensuring the business maintains its premier position within the market place * Monitoring stock * increasing GP * maximising profits, increasing sales and reducing costs * establishing budgets * monitoring performance and achieving targets * General accounting duties, including pay-roll * monthly calculations of gross profit * providing filing and archiving support * cash management and banking * Organising various events e.g. St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, St. Georges Day, sport events * Providing support in other Mitchells and Butlers pubs

* Running a busy restaurant to a very high service standard * driving sales and maintaining maximum profit * mentoring and coaching my team to achieve daily targets * managing menu development and costs * monitoring team performance, recruitment needs and conducting regular appraisals * providing training, inductions and coaching to my team * control of stocks and labour management

* General duties including cash management and banking, supervision of staff, training new starters, monitoring stock, increasing GP, recruiting * Managing staff files (making sure all documents meet legal requirements), probation reviews
