Developmental role to learn drill rig operations.Key Responsibilities:• Collect and collate onsite data for office based drilling engineers. This included operational lessons learned and torque and drag modelling.• Assist the operating company representative to complete routine daily drilling and cost control reports.• Immediately report any unsafe conditions or activities or any injuries.

Employed as a graduate engineer in the Santos Drilling and Completions technical engineering team.Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for an internal engineering study into casing deformation across the Cooper Basin. • Prepare and issue a revision of the Santos Cooper Basin Drilling Operations Manual.• Develop, implement and roll-out a lessons learned module in the drilling reporting system.• Collaborate with company subject matter experts to develop corporate technical engineering guidelines.• Participate in supplier base audits as part of the quality assurance program.
