It is a very busy campus where I became the head Flight Attendant Tutor within 3 months on our Campus due to my aviation and management experience. I helped over 60 students a year get into the industry where a few have become Flight Attendants! We covered subjects such as, Dangerous Goods, CRM, Aviation Medicine, Air Rage, Conflict Management, Emergency Equipment, Emergency Procedures, Water Survival etc. we also get the students industry ready by giving them 10 on line closed book assessments with an 80% pass rate with one resit available before the lose one Certificate. We also required them to have over 95% attendance at the completion of their course with excellent consistent grooming standards. Taught some subjects in the National Certificate Travel and Tourism L3 and Advanced Travel and Tourism L4, where I have also taken students on overnight team building activities and Domestic Famil's which are requirements for this qualification. We also had a lot of fun with theme days!
