o Support the Ecommerce Team in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and Newegg.o Manage orders and inventory across different marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and Newegg.o Handle customer queries on marketplaces and support the Customer Support team with inquiries from customerso Send and update daily/weekly reports for sales and promotions.o Monitors the ins and outs of the major sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and Newegg to help troubleshoot issues.o Monitors the existing workflows for eCommerce Operations and contribute ideas, input feedback for managed channels to improve all aspect.o Monitoring and Updating sales from various online selling channels (Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, etc.)o Updating spreadsheet formulas in order to get revised data, such as average sales per weeko Updating the daily/weekly/monthly/annual profit calculationo Updating spreadsheets for total order quantity calculations on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basiso Monitoring and updating inventory and sales quantity/numbers on spreadsheetso Updating and monitoring spreadsheets for a price check of competitors and reporting the status of competitors on search results from various online selling channels.o Checking the status of Amazon FBA warehouse shipments and updating spreadsheets with statuso Checking status of Amazon inventory issues with delivering proper quantity to Amazon FBA warehouses and updating spreadsheets accordingly.o Monitoring and Updating the sheet when prices change.
