Sourced for various Engineering roles before transitioning to the University Recruiting team, where I helped build out its Sourcing function. Trekked the globe as an International Recruiter, building relationships with universities and students in Northern India (IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati) and Eastern Europe (mainly Poland, Ukraine, Romania).
