InnoCells is the hub of new digital ventures of Banco Sabadell (Venture Builder + Corporate Venture Fund). A place where design, strategy and technology generate new business opportunities. My role: worked with a cross-functional team to start and scale up new digital ventures. - Collaborated with Entrepreneurs in Residence to identify new business opportunities and validate critical assumptions. - Led multiple venture teams through discovery research, synthesis, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts. - Led the development of the Venture Design practice by creating tools and frameworks to foster an environment of customer centricity. - Led the growth of the Venture Design team (research, strategy, visual and UX/UI) by hiring, empowering and mentoring designers while fostering a collaborative, productive and positive environment.

Foxize School is a digital school of advanced business that provides customized courses for professionals through a refined selection of instructors. Since 2012, this startup offers classes, workshops and intensive programs on the most relevant skills to keep up with the digital world. My role: teach Design Thinking and Customer Journey courses.

With an emotional, human-centered approach combined with robust methodology, Fjord uses the power of design to create experiences that people love. Founded in 2001, the company employs a diverse group of over 200 design experts in fifteen global creative hubs. * My role: designed human-centered digital products and services. * Designed and conducted user research (in-homes and one to one interviews). * Planned and executed market research (competitive landscapes and market trends). * Distilled user and market insights into actionable design guidelines. * Co-conducted concept creation sessions. * Developed and presented project deliverables.

Central is a research, design strategy and development firm that works on complex problem solving for organizations large and small. Using a design process, Central partners with client organizations to uncover human needs, and co-creates innovative solutions for implementation and impact. My role: planned and executed qualitative design research aimed at discovering insights and patterns. - Identified, analyzed and synthesized a mass collection of data. - Distilled insights and linked them together applying a large scale systems thinking approach. - Determined design and business opportunities.

* Banc Sabadell is Spain’s fourth largest private banking group. My role: foster organizational change by making banking more customer-centered, in order to create new products and services that are meaningful to our clients. * Establish a framework for creative problem solving that can be applied across the organization in order to evolve and improve our current product portfolio. * Facilitate key decision-making sessions around the customer experience of our existing products. * Lead teams through research, synthesis, ideation, design and testing of new product concepts. * Convey the potential of design solutions that are based on customer needs and behaviors, competitive realities and market context to executive stakeholders. * Evangelize design thinking across multiple stakeholders, advocating for the prioritization of the human-centered design process in approaches, budgets and timelines. * Contribute to the development and growth of the department by creating tools, frameworks and processes to empower employees to use design thinking mindsets in their daily work.
