* Main responsibilities: * Full HR generalist support to 4 small units (100 people) and maintaining HR-routine for the largest unit (over 280 people) * Onboarding for newcomers * Consulting employees on various questions regarding vacations, sick leave, maternity leave, corporate learning, internal policies and procedures * Preparing interim and year-end assessment for Moscow Audit Units and regional offices (statistics on KPIs and utilization, feedback, minutes on benchmark meetings, consolidation of assessment results) * Maintaining of internal data bases and verification of payroll reports (sick leave, vacation, KPI) * Taking part in different HR Department projects, conducting exit-interviews, preparing different ad-hoc reports and reference letters.
