• Determine and maintain the inventory for new and existing products to aid in the correct ordering of supply chain and ensure a balanced inventory level in the stores.• Targeted and achieved 75% fill rate of additional product placements in the stores to sustain the additional income needed by operations. • Create a display for different store types that considers product sell-thru, equipment size and count and delivery frequency.• Define the standard count per equipment for different store sizes and types used by the 1,000+ existing stores and to create layouts for opening stores.

• Create strategies for life of items from purchase to markdown while fulfilling budget, sales, margin and inventory targets for all the outright brands under the Ladies’ Wear (14 brands) and Girls Teens’ Wear (2 brands) departments for 21 stores in the Bicol province. • Further develop each of the brands’ look while maintaining existing partners and sourcing new suppliers. • Provide constant and open communication with the stores regarding new collections, special offers, markdowns and any and all merchandising related activities.• Train the team by involving them in budget and margin computations and developing a structure to ensure timely submission of all deliverables.

• Responsible for meeting Banana Republic’s Key Performance Indicators for both the principal and distributor and accomplishing quarterly buying trips.• Oversee the planning and implementation of seasonal visual directions and weekly store refresh and communicating with the brand’s global visual merchandising team before and after rollouts.• Coordinate with the brand’s global marketing team in the selection and timely installation of the windows and OOH images and create value adding initiatives to keep customer loyalty and enhance shopping experience.• Maintain consistent communication with the operations team by presenting collection overviews, conducting regular visits to the 3 branches and coordinating store openings, closings and renovations.

• Manage the 2 outright corporate brands of the department store present in 46 branches nationwide to meet budget, sales, margin and inventory level targets.• Improve product development by defining the brand profiles and working more meticulously with the supplies by studying sell-through and establishing regular delivery schedules and regulating costs.• Assist and coordinate with the Marketing Department for photo shoots, events, collaterals and promotions.• Visit branches nationwide to check on merchandise delivery, display, markdown implementation, stock transfers and address other merchandising concerns.
