Working fairly autonomously within a team of professionals, my daily activities included image retouching, finishing art, imposition, output to film, digital proof or digital press.

Responsible for the successful delivery of technology projects that enrich the business and its customers, including bespoke workflow solutions, IT and infrastructure projects, and operational change initiatives. Using analytical skills and Agile DSDM PMO methods to generate and translate business requirements into granular, testable, and unambiguous user stories to successfully build services and deliver projects to a high standard. I provide technical change and release management using ITIL v3 best practice methodology. With proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk and Salesforce and a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. Responsible in a product management sense for Adstream’s print solutions across the Asia-Pac region, I work closely with Dev Ops, Marketing, Technical Support, and IT teams to deliver best in class solutions.

Supported the Adstream business as their key product owner and was responsible for executing on Adstreams product strategy. I provided SME knowledge for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, and worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction goals were met. I worked within an agile technical team to define strategy, goals, scope, and delivery. I was empowered to, and accountable for, delivering on the Adstream product roadmap.

Responsible for managing print production operations for all POS, ATL, BTL, & OOH. Supervision and management of both art studio & prepress teams. Ensure work is delivered on time and to budget, follow in-house production workflows utilising industry best practice guidelines and production standards are carried through the production processes. Also responsible for resourcing and procurement, estimates, scheduling, quality control, & capacity planning.
