CONTRACTS: supporting the Commercial and Tender Department in the negotiation of commercial agreements, such as JV, PRE-BID, NDA, MOU, CONSULTANCY, etc.PROJECTS: giving day-to-day legal assistance on any type of legal matters to the Project Team, preparing all the contracts required in connection with the Project (i.e. sub-contracts, rental agreements, providing services contracts) and drafting official notices with clients and sub-contractors to monitor and enforce the contractual rightsCLAIMS: together with the Project Team, gathering all documentation necessary to substantiate a claim for additional costs, extension of time or both, drawing up the request with particular attention to explanation of cause, effect and entitlement, giving support to the Project Team in negotiating the submitted claim in order to agree on a Variation Order with the clientVARIATIONS: jointly with the Project Team, gathering all documentation substantiating that a client's communication constitutes a request to change the Scope of Work and preparing the consequent notice of variation by which a new unitary price is submitted for the activities covered by the Variation OrderEXTERNAL LAWYERS' MANAGEMENT: managing the external foreign lawyer (those operating in Eastern Europe Countries, such as Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia, particularly) to obtain, where necessary, a legal advice based on local Law and to prepare a case when a dispute with a client or a sub-contractor arisesOTHER MAIN TASKS: providing the other company functions with the required legal advice based on Italian Law, supporting the Accounting and Financial Department in establishing a branch/foreign legal entity of the mother company and monitoring the contractual provisions regarding the issue and release of guarantees, i.e. advance, performance, retention and warranty bonds

CONTRACTS: negotiating and drafting various types of contracts, with particular focus on EPC contracts for the implementation of photovoltaic plants in SicilyLITIGATION: drawing up of proceeding-related documents and attending judicial hearings on behalf of the firm’s clientsLEGAL ANALYSIS: carrying out legal research and drafting legal opinions on various matters, such as Energy Law, Administrative Law and Civil Law

MAIN TASKS: studying legal cases involving Private Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law, supporting other firm’s lawyers in their regular tasks by drafting legal documents, legal opinions and carrying out legal research on a daily basis
