The tool parses various documents about existing DQ controls, assesses these against Citi's DQ Controls standard and generates an assessment spreadsheet. The tool will reduce the time and cost to identify gaps in existing DQ controls. Instead of 1-2 weeks, an assessment can be completed within 1-2 days.2. DG Foundation Lead Analyst: SME & supporting various LoBs with the assessment, remediation and implementation of DG & DQ processes and controls aligned to Citi's DG Policy, DQ Controls standard for Data Risk and many other related standards and procedures.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS1. Generative AI: Led the Generative AI tool implementation from business case creation through to PoC roll-out to > 140 users across SM&C, Risk, Internal Audit etc. The tool is projected to deliver >$7M of cost savings and an increase in productivity with a conservative estimate of >$50M of additional cost savings with further scalability opportunities in my vision and has been presented up to the CTO, CDO & CIO. The tool assesses the relevancy of DQ control descriptions to ~400K descriptions and generates review commentary to help users improve the descriptions.
